Our crews. Our pace. Your date.
ScottHarry carpenters, finishers, ironworkers and operators carry the work that drives the critical path, so the schedule rests on people we hire, train and direct every day.
Why it matters.
The critical path is physical
Foundations, structure, equipment pads and housekeeping slabs set the pace for everything after them. Whoever controls those crews controls the date.
Availability is never guaranteed
In a busy market, the trade partner you priced may not have a crew free the week you need it. Our own crews close that gap.
Tolerance starts at the bottom
An embed out of place or a slab out of level causes problems for every trade above it, from rack rows to raised floors. Getting it right the first time pays all the way up.
How we build it.

- 01
Concrete
Footings, foundations, equipment pads, decks and slab-on-grade, with our own formwork, pour sequencing and flatness checks.
- 02
Steel and miscellaneous metals
Erection, decking, embeds and equipment supports, with crane picks planned before the steel arrives.
- 03
Site prep and underground
Clearing, excavation, duct banks and building pads, run with our own equipment where it protects the schedule.
- 04
Carpentry and general conditions
Blocking, doors, hardware, temporary protection and cleanup, the work that keeps a live site safe and clean.
- 05
Craft development
Apprentices learn alongside experienced foremen, and every crew runs a pre-task plan before work starts.
What you receive.
Every engagement is scoped to the project. These are the core outputs owners can expect.
Which scopes our crews carry, which go to trade partners, and how each choice affects cost and schedule.
Durations built from real crew sizes and production rates, not guesses.
Cranes, lifts and support equipment matched to the work and the site logistics plan.
Placement sequences, shoring and steel erection order tied to inspections.
Pre-pour checklists, survey reports and inspections captured in the field and shared with you.

Opening night was set. So was the steel.
The arena’s opening night was on the calendar before construction began, and the center-hung LED board and broadcast hub could not start until the structure above them was done. Our crews carried the concrete and the support steel, adding shifts when the schedule needed them, so the board, the fiber backbone and the broadcast systems had the time they needed to be tested before the doors opened.

Questions owners ask us.
Which trades does ScottHarry self-perform?
Concrete, steel, site work and carpentry are our core. The exact split on each project depends on location, scope and schedule.
Will you still bid work to trade partners?
Yes. We price self-performed scopes against trade partner bids where it makes sense and share the comparison with you.
How do you keep self-perform pricing honest?
Our crews work to the same estimate, schedule and quality standards as any trade partner, and their costs are reported line by line.
