Awards & recognition · Our scoreboard

We measure ourselves on Day One.

ScottHarry is a young company, founded in 2021, and we do not build for plaques. The recognition we care about is an owner’s operations team switching on a facility that simply works. Here is the scoreboard we keep.

How we see it

We are the builders that technology-dependent clients trust when failure is not an option.

Lola Osoba, Founder

Trust like that is not handed out at a banquet. It is earned one cutover, one test and one go-live at a time, and it can be lost the same way. So we keep score on the things owners actually feel.

Our scoreboard

What we measure ourselves against.

Four measures matter more to us than any trophy. Each one is decided by the people we build for.

On-time go-lives

A data hall that carries load on the date the owner sold to its customers. A dispatch center that takes its first call on schedule. The date that matters to the owner is the date we build to.

Measured at every go-live

Systems proven first

Every UPS, generator, cooling plant, network and security system tested together, under load, before handover. If a system has not passed, it is not done.

Measured at every Cx level

Everyone home safe

Every worker on our sites, ours, our trade partners’ and the owner’s vendors’, goes home the way they arrived. We track it every shift and talk about it every morning.

Measured every shift

Owners who call back

The most honest review of a builder is a second project. When an owner brings us their next facility, it tells us the last one was delivered the way we said it would be.

Measured project to project
From the field

Milestones from our sites.

Go-lives, passed tests and clean turnovers from our project teams. These are the moments we celebrate.

Earned, not claimed

Standards we hold on every job.

Nobody hands these out. We hold ourselves to them, and we expect owners to hold us to them too.

Zero unplanned downtimeLive sites

No outage to an owner’s operating systems caused by our work. Every shutdown planned, written, approved and rehearsed.

Level 5 before handoverCommissioning

Integrated systems testing at design load on every mission-critical job, with results the owner can read and keep.

A short punch listQuality

Work inspected as it goes in, so the final walk-through is a formality and not a repair project.

Complete turnoverDay One

As-builts, test reports, O&M manuals, labeling and operator training delivered with the keys, not weeks later.

Honest reportingPartnership

Weekly reports that match what the owner sees on site. Risks raised the week we see them.

In practice · Digital Media Arts Center

Every studio live on opening night.

Broadcast studios, a projection theater and immersive galleries, wired, tuned and tested before the first audience arrived. No ribbon, no trophy. Just a facility that worked the moment the doors opened, which is the only recognition we are chasing.

Sharing the credit

One go-live, many hands.

No facility is the work of one company. When a project goes well, we make sure the credit reaches everyone who earned it.

  • Our field teamsNamed and thanked on site, in front of their peers, by project leadership.
  • Trade partners and integratorsCredited alongside us, because most of the hands on any technical job are theirs.
  • Owners, operators and designersRecognized as the partners whose decisions made the go-live possible.
  • Lessons sharedWhat went right is written into our MOPs, checklists and Cx scripts, so good work repeats.
