Rooms that perform on opening night.
Broadcast studios, projection theaters, immersive galleries and performance halls, built by teams who treat acoustics, AV, rigging and lighting control as the main event. Everything is wired, tuned and tested before the first audience arrives.
What owners need from us.
Acoustics are unforgiving
One unsealed penetration or a humming duct can be heard on a recording. Isolation is built and inspected with care.
The technology is the venue
Studios, projection and immersive rooms run on fiber, AV, lighting control and clean power. They have to be integrated with the building, not added after it.
Opening night is announced
Seasons and premieres are sold before the building is finished. Tuning, testing and rehearsals have to fit before the doors open.

How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
CM at-risk with acoustic, AV and theater consultants at the table from preconstruction.
Rigging steel, isolation joints, cable tray and ductwork coordinated in 3D to protect quiet rooms.
Technical power, low-noise air and lighting control tested before the rooms are tuned.
Rehearsal windows, vendor sign-offs and staff training planned ahead of the first show.

Studios and a theater, tested before the first audience.
The Digital Media Arts Center was delivered under CM at-risk. Broadcast studios, a projection theater and immersive galleries were built around one coordinated cable and power plan, isolation details were inspected before closing, and every room was wired, tuned and tested ahead of opening.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you protect acoustic performance during construction?
We train crews on isolation details, inspect every penetration in the acoustic shell and test background noise before finishes are complete.
Do you coordinate AV, broadcast and lighting control vendors?
Yes. Their rough-in, equipment delivery and test windows sit in our schedule, so the technology is integrated with the building instead of chasing it.
Can you work on museums with collections on site?
We control dust, vibration and temperature near collections and coordinate art moves with curators and conservators.

Planning a cultural & performing arts project?
Share the project, the site and the date that matters. A senior builder will come back to you within one business day.
