Live on opening night.
Arenas, stadiums and live-event venues with the LED boards, fiber backbones and broadcast infrastructure fans never see but always notice. We schedule backwards from a date that has already been sold and test everything before the doors open.
What owners need from us.
The date is sold
Tickets, tours and broadcast slots are set before construction starts. There is no option to open late.
The show runs on fiber
Video boards, broadcast feeds, ticketing, Wi-Fi and point of sale all ride the same backbone. One failed link is felt by thousands.
Event day is the real test
Concessions, crowd flow, vertical transportation and broadcast have to work with every seat full.

How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
One contract and one schedule built backwards from the first event.
Video boards, seating and long-lead electrical tracked from the factory to the hook.
Venue power, fiber and broadcast infrastructure tested end to end before test events.
Test events and operator training before the doors open to the public.

A broadcast hub that went live on opening night.
The live-events arena was built under a general contract to a fixed opening night. The center-hung LED board was rigged and tested early, the fiber backbone was certified end to end, and the broadcast hub ran full rehearsals during test events before the first show went out live.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you protect a fixed opening date?
The schedule is built backwards from the first event, with buffer on the critical path and early buys for steel, seating, video boards and switchgear.
Do you coordinate broadcast and venue technology partners?
Yes. Broadcast, AV, Wi-Fi and ticketing vendors get access dates and test windows in our schedule, and we run end-to-end tests with them before test events.
Can you upgrade a venue between seasons?
Yes. Off-season work is planned in tight windows, and anything that might run long is phased so the venue can still host events.

Planning a sports & entertainment project?
Share the project, the site and the date that matters. A senior builder will come back to you within one business day.
