The grid’s nerve center.
Utility control centers, substations and the protection, communications and backup power behind them. We build hardened rooms where operators watch the grid around the clock, and we build them with no single point of failure.
What owners need from us.
Operators never look away
A control center is staffed every hour of every day. New rooms and cutovers are planned so the grid is never unwatched.
Redundancy has to be real
Dual feeds, UPS, generators and diverse network paths only count if they are tested. Every failure mode is walked through before turnover.
Outages are scheduled by others
Substation work happens inside clearances the system operator grants. The plan flexes around them without losing the critical path.
What we build.

- 01
Grid and system control centers
Control rooms with video walls, consoles, hardened envelopes and redundant power and cooling.
- 02
Substations
Bay additions and rebuilds with foundations, steel, bus work, grounding and control enclosures.
- 03
Protection and communications
Relay panels, fiber and the telecom links between field assets and the control room.
- 04
Backup control and data rooms
Standby centers and data rooms ready to take over if the primary site is lost.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
CM at-risk with a guaranteed maximum price and cutover planning set with grid operations.
UPS, generators, cooling and controls tested together so no single failure takes the room down.
Transformers, switchgear and video wall hardware tracked from order to set.
Console moves, parallel operations and operator training before the old room is retired.

A control room with no single point of failure.
The utility grid control center was delivered under CM at-risk. The hardened building, video wall and backup power were built and failure-tested, network paths were made diverse, and operators moved in from the old room position by position while the grid stayed under watch.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you move operators into a new control center?
The new room is built and tested first. Consoles go live in parallel, and operators move position by position with the existing room running until the utility signs off.
How do you prove there is no single point of failure?
We test each failure mode in turn: utility loss, generator start, UPS ride-through, cooling loss and network path loss, with results documented for the owner.
Do you also build substations and field work?
Yes. We build bay additions and rebuilds inside planned outages, with each bay tested and energized before the next one is taken out of service.
