Connected before the first bell.

New schools, STEM wings and modernizations on occupied campuses. The network, the security system and the classroom technology are installed and tested before teachers walk in, so learning starts on Day One.

What owners need from us.

01

Summer is the whole window

Much of the work fits in ten to twelve weeks. Long-lead equipment, network gear and permits are in hand before the last day of school.

02

Students are next door

Additions sit beside classrooms in session. Fencing, separate routes and delivery hours keep work zones and students apart.

03

Safety and technology are one system

Secure entries, cameras, access control, intercoms and Wi-Fi share the same cabling and power. They have to be built and tested together.

In practice · STEM Innovation Academy

A school networked from the first day of class.

The STEM Innovation Academy was delivered under CM at-risk as a connected middle and high school. Robotics labs and makerspaces were built with their own power and data, the campus network was installed and certified ahead of furniture, and every classroom was online when students arrived.

Questions owners ask us.

How do you keep students safe on an occupied campus?

Work zones are fenced and separated from student routes, deliveries avoid arrival and dismissal, and every worker is badged and screened to the district’s rules.

Do you install the network and classroom technology too?

We coordinate it. Cabling, Wi-Fi, AV and security are scheduled with the building trades and tested before turnover, whether we carry the scope or the district’s vendor does.

What happens if summer work runs tight?

We plan so it does not. Long-lead items are bought before school lets out, and the summer schedule is reviewed daily against the first day of term.
