Floors that trade on Day One.
Trading floors, technology rooms, AV-rich workplaces and core and shell upgrades, built in towers where the tenants upstairs and downstairs keep working. Power, cooling and cabling are finished, tested and labeled before the first desk is staffed.
What owners need from us.
The move-in date is the deal
Leases, relocations and trading desks are booked around one weekend. A late floor costs rent, and a late technology room costs revenue.
Desks carry more than furniture
Trading and operations floors run on dense power, raised floors, cable tray and supplemental cooling. Every rack position and drop is planned before the ceiling closes.
The building stays occupied
Neighboring tenants, shared risers and freight elevators mean noisy work runs after hours and every shutdown is announced, timed and finished on time.
What we build.

- 01
Trading floors and operations centers
Raised access floors, high-density power, supplemental cooling and video walls for teams that cannot go offline.
- 02
Technology and network rooms
MDFs, IDFs and on-floor server rooms with UPS, cooling and structured cabling, tested and certified.
- 03
AV-rich workplace interiors
Boardrooms, collaboration floors and briefing centers with integrated AV, lighting control and acoustics.
- 04
Core and shell upgrades
Risers, electrical service, generators and base systems upgraded in occupied towers to carry modern tenant loads.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
Floor-by-floor budgets that price power, cooling and low-voltage scope alongside the finishes.
One contract and one superintendent for the base building trades, the AV integrator and the owner’s IT vendors.
Ceiling plenums, raised floors, cable tray and sprinklers coordinated in the model before rough-in.
Power, UPS, cooling and controls commissioned together, so the technology room is proven before move-in.

Three occupied floors rebuilt into a trading floor.
Three floors of a downtown tower were rebuilt under a general contract while the rest of the building stayed at work. Noisy demolition ran after hours, power and cooling for the trading desks and technology rooms were installed and load-tested first, and the AV and network vendors finished on our schedule, not after it.

Questions owners ask us.
Can you build out floors while the rest of the tower stays occupied?
Yes. We plan noisy work after hours, reserve freight elevators on a schedule and give building management and neighboring tenants notice before every shutdown.
Do you coordinate the owner’s IT, AV and security vendors?
We do. Owner vendors are written into our schedule from the start, with access dates, rough-in milestones and test windows, so nobody is waiting on anybody at move-in.
How do you make sure the technology room works before move-in?
Power, UPS and cooling are tested under load, cabling is certified and labeled, and the room is handed over with test reports before any equipment moves in.
