Deliver · Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC)

Turnkey power, proven at handover.

Engineering, procurement and construction under one contract, with performance tested and witnessed before you take the keys, for plants and systems where output is the only measure that counts.

Why it matters.

01

Output is the deliverable

A plant is judged by megawatts, uptime and response, not square feet. The contract should hold the builder to the performance you are financing.

02

Interfaces carry the risk

Most power and process projects struggle where engineering, equipment vendors, controls and field crews meet. One EPC contractor owns every one of those seams.

03

Lenders need certainty

Project finance depends on a fixed price, a firm completion date and guarantees that hold. Turnkey delivery provides all three.

Our approach

How we deliver it.

  1. 01

    Front-end engineering first

We complete enough engineering to fix the one-line, major equipment list and site plan before committing to a price.

  2. 02

    Procurement on the critical path

Generators, switchgear, transformers and controls are bought early, expedited and witness tested at the factory.

  3. 03

    Construction by system

Work is planned and turned over by system rather than by area, so each one can be checked and started as soon as it is complete.

  4. 04

    Mechanical completion

Every system is walked down, punch-listed and signed off against its checklist before commissioning begins.

  5. 05

    Commissioning and performance tests

We energize, start up and run the plant, then prove capacity, transfer and response in witnessed performance tests.

What you receive.

Every engagement is scoped to the project. These are the core outputs owners can expect.

In practice · On-Site Power Plant for a Data Campus

A power plant built for a campus that cannot blink.

A data campus needed its own generation, a switchyard and a fuel system that could carry the load and back up the grid connection. Under one EPC contract we engineered the plant, released generators and switchgear early, turned systems over one at a time and proved transfer and capacity in witnessed tests with the data campus team.

Questions owners ask us.

What does turnkey mean in practice?

We agree one price and one completion date for a working facility. Quantity growth, vendor coordination and field productivity risk sit with us.

How are performance guarantees tested?

Through performance tests agreed in the contract, run under defined conditions and witnessed by you and your engineer. If the plant falls short, we fix it or the contract remedies apply.

What is the difference between mechanical and substantial completion?

Mechanical completion means a system is built, checked and ready to start. Substantial completion follows commissioning and successful performance testing, when the plant is ready to operate.

Do you deliver EPC outside power generation?

Yes. We use EPC wherever results are measured by performance, including battery storage, pump stations, controls modernization and substations.
