Campuses that compute and teach.
Research computing halls, laboratories, smart classrooms and residence buildings on campuses that never stop. We build the power, cooling and networks research depends on, and turn them over in time for the semester.
What owners need from us.
The semester sets the date
Move-in day, the first day of classes and grant milestones do not move. Our schedules are built backwards from them.
Research runs on infrastructure
HPC clusters, liquid-cooled racks, fume hoods and vibration-sensitive instruments need power, cooling and controls that are right the first time.
Thousands of people on site
Students, faculty and visitors move through campus every hour. Logistics, deliveries and crane picks are planned around them.
What we build.

- 01
Research computing and HPC halls
High-density white space, liquid cooling, UPS and generator backup for clusters that run around the clock.
- 02
Science and research labs
Teaching and research labs with exhaust, process piping and the controls that keep them balanced.
- 03
Smart classrooms and learning spaces
Active learning rooms, lecture halls and studios with AV, lecture capture and campus-grade networks.
- 04
Residence and student life buildings
Housing, dining and student centers delivered for move-in weekend.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
One team for design and construction when the campus needs computing capacity fast.
Cooling distribution, lab exhaust, cable tray and casework coordinated in 3D before installation.
Level 1 through 5 commissioning of power, cooling and lab controls before researchers move in.
Equipment moves, rack installation windows and lab activation planned with research staff.

A computing hall energized for the fall semester.
The research computing center put a high-performance computing hall, liquid-cooled racks and research labs under one roof, delivered design-build. Cooling and power design moved with early structure, integrated systems testing ran ahead of rack delivery, and the hall was energized before the fall semester started.

Questions owners ask us.
Can you build research computing space on an active campus?
Yes. We plan logistics, utility shutdowns and crane picks around classes, exams and events, and keep pedestrian routes safe and open.
Do you have experience with liquid cooling and high-density racks?
We build the piping, power and controls those systems need, coordinate with the cooling and IT vendors, and test every loop and circuit before racks arrive.
How do you handle lab work next to active research?
We map the vibration, exhaust and utility needs of neighboring labs first, then plan every shutdown with the researchers who depend on them.
