Hospitals that never go dark.

Imaging wings, clinical data rooms, emergency power and renovations inside hospitals that stay open. We coordinate the MEP trades, the low-voltage crews and the equipment vendors under one schedule, so the first patient is scanned on Day One.

What owners need from us.

01

The patient is next door

Most of our healthcare work sits beside occupied rooms. Every shutdown, core drill and noisy hour is planned with clinical leaders and rehearsed before it happens.

02

Imaging is a building inside a building

MRI shielding, quench pipes, chilled water and floor vibration limits leave no room for guesswork. The vendor’s site requirements become our checklist.

03

Clinical IT cannot drop

Records, PACS and nurse call ride on the network and the server room. Emergency power, UPS and cooling are tested under load before go-live.

Healthcare

What we build.

  1. 01

    Imaging and diagnostic suites

MRI, CT and interventional rooms with RF shielding, magnetic shielding and the cooling the equipment demands.

  2. 02

    Clinical data and IT rooms

Hardened server rooms, IDFs and telecom spaces with redundant power, cooling and structured cabling.

  3. 03

    Emergency power and central plants

Generators, transfer switches, UPS and chilled water upgrades cut over without losing the essential electrical system.

  4. 04

Wings and renovations in occupied hospitals

Phased additions and fit-outs behind infection control barriers, with after-hours tie-ins.

How we deliver here.

The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.

Construction ManagementDeliver

CM at-risk with a guaranteed maximum price and imaging vendors at the table from preconstruction.

Virtual Design & ConstructionPlan

Medical gas, ductwork, cable tray and shielding coordinated in one model before anything is hung.

MEP Coordination & CommissioningBuild

Integrated testing of emergency power, UPS, pressurization and clinical networks before turnover.

Facilities & Transition ManagementOperate

Equipment acceptance, staff walk-throughs and go-live support so the first scan runs on schedule.

In practice · Hospital Imaging & Data Wing

MRI suites and a server room, tied into a hospital that stayed open.

The imaging and data wing was delivered under CM at-risk beside a hospital that never closed. Every utility tie-in was scheduled with clinical leaders and rehearsed first, MRI shielding was tested before finishes, and the hardened server room was proven on generator and UPS before a single clinical system moved in.

Questions owners ask us.

How do you keep clinical systems running during tie-ins?

Each tie-in gets a written MOP reviewed with facilities, clinical engineering and IT. We rehearse it, stage the materials and keep a back-out plan ready before anything is switched.

Can you build imaging suites to the equipment vendor’s requirements?

Yes. We bring the vendor’s site planning team in early, build shielding, structure and cooling to their specs and test before the magnet or gantry arrives.

How do you control infection risk in an occupied hospital?

Every phase starts with an infection control risk assessment. Barriers, negative air and daily inspections follow from it, and nothing opens up until the hospital signs off.
