Finished to the last detail.

Luxury residences, amenity spaces, hospitality and executive interiors, judged up close and in daylight. Lighting control, AV, security and networks are hidden in the walls and working the day the owner walks in.

What owners need from us.

01

Finishes are seen up close

Stone, millwork and plaster are inspected at arm’s length. Small flaws are noticed and remembered.

02

Technology hides behind the finish

Shades, lighting scenes, speakers, cameras and Wi-Fi need backing, conduit and power long before the finish goes on.

03

Punch is the reputation

The final walk decides how a project is remembered. A short, clean punch list is planned from the start.

In practice · Mockup-first interiors

Every finish approved in place before it repeats.

On our interiors work, key rooms are built as full mockups first, with stone, millwork, lighting scenes and AV working in place. Once the owner and designer sign off, the mockup becomes the standard, and punch walks start room by room instead of at the end.

Questions owners ask us.

Do you build mockups before full installation?

Yes. We build mockups of key finishes and assemblies, get owner and designer sign-off, and use them as the standard for the rest of the work.

Can you coordinate home technology and AV integrators?

We do. Backing, conduit, power and rough-in for shades, speakers, lighting control and security are scheduled with the framing, so nothing is cut open later.

How do you keep the punch list short?

Quality checks happen room by room as work finishes, with protection on completed surfaces, so the final walk finds very little.
