Built to answer every call.
Emergency communications centers, police and fire facilities, courts and detention projects, hardened so dispatch, radio and records stay up through storms and outages. Every generator, UPS and radio path is tested before the first call is answered.
What owners need from us.
Dispatch never closes
A 911 center has no quiet hour. New buildings and cutovers are planned so calls keep being answered through every transition.
Hardening is in the details
Storm-rated envelopes, redundant feeds, generator fuel and protected radio paths only work if every connection is built as designed.
Security has no tolerance
Secure hardware, glazing and access control have to be installed exactly as specified. A gap in a secure perimeter is a failure.
What we build.

- 01
Emergency communications and 911 centers
Hardened dispatch floors with redundant power, cooling, radio and network paths.
- 02
Emergency operations centers
Command rooms with video walls and backup systems for the days a region needs them most.
- 03
Police and fire facilities
Stations, training buildings and apparatus bays built for fast response.
- 04
Courts and detention
Secure circulation, holding, security electronics and door control tested before turnover.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
One team for design, technology and construction, with fewer handoffs and a faster start.
Generators, UPS, radio and security systems tested together under integrated systems testing.
Antenna paths, cable routes, embeds and sightlines coordinated in the model before walls go up.
Dispatch cutover plans, console moves and parallel operations planned with the center’s staff.

A 911 center built to stay on the air.
The regional emergency communications center was delivered design-build. The envelope was storm-hardened, power and network paths were made redundant, and generators, UPS and radio were tested together before the dispatch floor went live. Calls kept being answered through the cutover from the old center.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you cut over dispatch without dropping calls?
We plan the cutover with the center’s leadership: consoles, radio and phone systems are proven in the new building first, then operations move position by position with the old center still live.
What does hardening mean on your projects?
It means the envelope, power, cooling, fuel and communications paths are designed to keep working through a storm or utility loss, and we test each one before turnover.
Can you expand a public safety building that stays in operation?
Yes. We phase work behind temporary barriers, keep critical systems on protected feeds and coordinate every shutdown with the staff on duty.
