Rebuild the network while it runs.
Roads, runways, utilities, duct banks and the fiber and controls that now run through all of them, built by crews who plan every closure, switch and tie-in around the people who depend on it.
Why it matters.
The public is in the work zone
Drivers, travelers and neighbors pass through the site every day. Safety and traffic control are part of the job, not an add-on.
Outage windows are short
Lane closures, runway shutdowns and utility outages come in small, fixed windows. Miss one and the work can slide for weeks.
Infrastructure is now a network
Cameras, sensors, signals and SCADA ride on fiber in the same corridors as pavement and pipe. The civil work has to leave the systems ready to light up.
How we work.

- 01
Maintenance of traffic
Phased traffic control, temporary pavements and switch nights designed so the corridor keeps moving at every stage.
- 02
Duct bank and fiber pathways
Conduit, handholes and fiber routes built and proofed with the civil work, so systems contractors pull cable instead of digging again.
- 03
Utilities and drainage
Storm, sanitary and water mains and relocations, with potholing and locates before any excavation starts.
- 04
Earthwork and paving
Grading, subgrade, asphalt and concrete paving, scheduled into night and weekend windows when traffic is lightest.
- 05
Systems integration
Gantries, cameras, sensors and field cabinets installed, terminated and tested back to the control center before a lane reopens.
What you receive.
Every engagement is scoped to the project. These are the core outputs owners can expect.
Stage-by-stage lane layouts, detours and switch dates for agency review.
Every closure and outage window mapped to the work it supports, with fallback dates.
Known and found utilities, relocation status and owner coordination in one tracker.
Continuity and loss test results for every strand, tied to the as-built route.
Closure notices, detour maps and updates for the owner to share with the community.

Twenty-six miles of fiber, and traffic kept moving.
Along a busy corridor, the design-build team installed fiber, cameras, sensors and sign gantries, then brought every device online at a new traffic management center. Gantry sets went into short night closures, duct bank was built and proofed ahead of the cable crews, and each segment was tested back to the control room before it was handed over.

Questions owners ask us.
Can you keep a road or runway open during construction?
In most cases, yes. We phase the work so traffic or flights keep moving, and save full closures for short, planned windows.
Do you install the technology as well as the civil work?
Yes. We coordinate duct bank, fiber, devices and field cabinets with the systems integrators and test them back to the control center under one schedule.
Which delivery models do you use for infrastructure?
Design-build, CM at-risk, general contracting and EPC. We work with the owner to match the model to the project risk.
How do you handle utilities you did not know about?
We pothole before we dig, log every conflict, and work with the utility owner on the fix while crews move to other work in the sequence.
