Broadcast studios, a projection theater and immersive galleries, wired, tuned and tested before the first audience arrived.
Media spaces are unforgiving. A studio needs quiet that a rooftop unit can ruin, a theater needs projection sightlines that a misplaced duct can block, and immersive galleries need projectors, speakers and media servers that all keep perfect time. The center had to open with every room performing as designed, not after a season of fixes.
The approach.

- 01
Rooms within rooms
Studios float on isolated slabs with decoupled walls and ceilings, and every penetration was sealed and inspected before close-in.
- 02
Infrastructure first, gear second
Conduit, floor boxes, rigging points and the fiber backbone were in and tested before the AV integrator hung a single projector.
- 03
Quiet air
Low-velocity duct, oversized returns and sound-rated equipment kept the studios inside their noise criteria, confirmed by testing in each room.
- 04
A full rehearsal
Production staff ran a live broadcast and a full theater show on the systems before opening, and the punch list came from that night.
The outcome.
“You cannot paint over a noisy studio. Quiet has to be built in, one sealed penetration at a time.”
