A secure operations center with accredited spaces, a 24/7 watch floor and redundant power and cooling behind every screen.
A cyber operations center combines the hardest parts of three building types: the security of an accredited facility, the uptime of a data center and the human demands of a 24/7 watch floor. Construction security rules shaped who could enter, what could be photographed and how materials were tracked. Accreditation inspections left no room for a do-over.
The approach.

- 01
Security in the means and methods
Cleared crews, controlled access points and a documented chain of custody for materials were part of the site plan from mobilization.
- 02
Accredited spaces, built once
Perimeter construction, penetration treatments and access systems were inspected at every hold point against the accreditation checklist before close-in.
- 03
Uptime behind every screen
Redundant UPS, generators and cooling serve the watch floor and technical rooms, proven through integrated systems testing under load.
- 04
Operators ready on day one
Watch staff walked the floor, the consoles and the failover drills with our team before the first live shift.
The outcome.
“In a secure facility you do not get to fix it later. Every wall, every penetration, every door has to pass the first time.”
