Three occupied floors of a downtown tower rebuilt into a trading floor, technology rooms and AV-rich collaboration space.
A trading floor is a technical interior first and an office second. Every desk needs clean power, low-latency connectivity and multiple screens, and the technology rooms behind it need their own UPS and cooling. The work happened inside an occupied downtown tower, above and below tenants who expected quiet days and clean elevators.
The approach.

- 01
Noisy work after hours
Core drilling, demolition and deliveries ran on night shifts with the building manager, keeping daytime tenants undisturbed.
- 02
A raised floor that pulls its weight
Underfloor power, data and air were coordinated desk by desk so every position could be moved without a new trench or a ceiling tear-out.
- 03
Technology rooms ready first
The tech rooms were finished, cooled and powered ahead of the floor so the owner’s network team could build and test the core early.
- 04
A weekend move, rehearsed
Desks, screens and AV were tested position by position, then traders moved over one weekend with our team on site through the Monday open.
The outcome.
“Traders do not care how the floor was built. They care that every screen lit up at the open. So did we.”
