ScottHarry Inc. was incorporated in Wilmington, Delaware, in 2021 around a single idea: the hardest part of a technical building is not the shell, it is the last ten percent. The tie-ins, the cutovers, the low-voltage pulls, the vendor equipment and the commissioning scripts that decide whether a facility actually works on the morning it opens.
So we built a contractor that lives in that ten percent. Our people run the site, sequence the trades, chase every RFI and walk every rack row. When we hand over the keys, the systems have already been proven under load.

Decisions get made where the work is. Our superintendents and project leads are on site, walking the cable tray, checking the torque marks and holding the trades to the coordinated model.
- Constructability before cost. We test the design against the site, the sequence and the equipment lead times before anyone signs a GMP.
- One schedule for every trade. MEP, low-voltage, AV, networking, security and owner vendors work from the same pull plan.
- Live environments, no surprises. MOPs, SOPs and shutdown windows are written, reviewed and rehearsed before a single circuit is touched.

Two data halls and a central utility yard, delivered design-build. The integrated systems test ran every UPS, generator and cooling plant together under load bank before the first customer rack arrived. That is what Day One readiness looks like in the field.
