Partner with us · 3 ways to work together

One schedule. Every partner on it.

A mission-critical job only goes live when every trade, integrator, supplier and vendor lands on time. ScottHarry coordinates all of them under one plan, and we treat our partners like the team they are.

Partner groups

Three ways to work together.

Pick the path that fits your firm. Each one starts with a short conversation and a person on our side who reads what you send.

Our standard

What we look for in a partner.

Size matters less than how you run your work. Small firms with good habits grow with us.

01

Safe around live systems

A written safety program, trained supervision, energized-work discipline and crews who stop when something looks wrong.

02

Honest capacity

Bid the scopes you can staff. Tell us early when manpower, materials or lead times are slipping, so we can protect the go-live together.

03

Tested, labeled, documented

Work installed to spec, tested and labeled, with test reports, as-builts and closeout documents turned in complete.

In practice · Trading Floor & Technical Interior

Three floors. One coordinated crew.

Electricians, low-voltage installers, AV integrators, security contractors and the owner’s own IT vendors rebuilt three occupied floors of a downtown tower into a trading floor and technology rooms. One model, one pull plan and overnight cutovers kept the business running the whole time.

Mentoring program

Rising Trade Partners.

Our mentoring program for emerging, small and disadvantaged firms, with a focus on low-voltage, AV, controls and specialty trades. Each firm gets a ScottHarry mentor and works through the things that hold growing contractors back on mission-critical jobs.

  • Estimating and bid-day support from our preconstruction team
  • Safety program reviews, including energized-work and live-site rules
  • Help with test reports, labeling standards and commissioning documentation
  • Guidance on insurance, bonding and pay applications
  • A path to larger scopes as your capacity grows

Partner questions.

Where do I start if I am not sure which path fits?

Email conversations@scottharry.com with a short description of your firm and what you want to do. We will route it to the right team and reply with next steps.

Do I need to be prequalified to bid?

For most subcontract scopes, yes. Prequalification lets our project teams invite you to bid with confidence. Suppliers register separately.

Do you work with small and emerging firms?

Yes. Many low-voltage, AV, security and specialty scopes are sized so growing firms can compete, and Rising Trade Partners offers mentoring for firms building their capacity.

Which markets and regions do you hire partners for?

All of them. We build across 22 markets in four sectors, and project teams draw on qualified partners near each site.
