Before you reach out.
How early should we call a builder?
Earlier than most owners think. Switchgear, UPS and generator lead times often set the go-live date before design is finished. A builder at the table can lock those slots and shape phasing while changes are still cheap.
Can you work inside a facility that has to stay live?
That is most of what we do. Shutdowns and tie-ins run on written MOPs agreed with your operations team, with rollback plans and rehearsals where the risk calls for them.
Which delivery models do you offer?
General contracting, construction management at-risk and agency, design-build, EPC, design-manufacture-install and public-private partnerships. We will tell you plainly which fits your risk.
What should we include in the first message?
The facility type, rough size or load, your target go-live date and where design stands. Budget ranges help, but they are not required to start.
